Join Sarah at the Chariclo farmhouse for a relaxing and restorative morning of music, meditation, movement, kundalini yoga, gong sound bath & more.

We gather to connect, uplift, and support one another as we journey through mindful practices of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Somatic Movement, and Gong Sound Healing.

Women’s Gatherings are an ancient tradition and an important ritual for us to connect with others, with the land, the seasons, and the cycles. It’s a chance to connect deeper with the earth, with our beautiful bodies, as well as with like-minded souls.

This is an intimate group gathering with limited spaces. If you’re feeling the need to come together, to be held in a nurturing environment, then please do come along.
